Community Involvement

In March 2025, I was honored to sponsor with Baird the Wauwatosa Woman's Club event celebrating the 100th anniversary of their historic clubhouse. Robert W. Baird provided guidance for the Woman’s Club when they originally financed the building, and we are proud to still be supporting them a century later

Every year during the holiday season, the North Shore branch "adopts" a local family by donating needed home-goods and Christmas presents. Some years, we help these families celebrate by working with Ozaukee Family Services, a non-profit that offers programming to help our community succeed.

Other years, our branch adopts a family through Big Brothers Big Sisters Ozaukee County, which serves the children of our community by creating mentor relationships for those who need and want them. 

Many Baird associates team up during Baird Gives Back Week, an event held annually in the spring, to serve local community organizations that are in need of help. In 2025, the North Shore Branch helped by sorting food donations at the Ozaukee Food Alliance.
